In her recently released American Netflix film No Hard Feelings, Jennifer Lawrence stunned viewers with a full frontal nudity scene.
In the racy romantic comedy, which hit theatres in June of this year, the Oscar-winning actress becomes completely naked during a fight scene.
Fans who missed the movie’s release have expressed their horror at the X-rated scene, in which the 33-year-old confronts some troublemakers on the beach after they steal her clothes, on social media.
“In No Hard Feelings, Jennifer Lawrence is bare-chested? What the f**k!” exclaimed one fan on X.
Another fan stated, “I wasn’t even remotely paying attention to the movie I put on at work when all of a sudden I turn around to Jennifer Lawrence beating up teenagers on a beach while naked and getting punched in the p***y.”
Another person commented that Jennifer Lawrence in No Hard Feelings is freakin funny. She drives a truck, is utterly brave, and becomes completely butt-naked. I would probably propose to her for marriage if I didn’t respect her so much.
In jest, a fan said, “Never thought I’d see a naked Jennifer Lawrence body slam a kid on the beach, but maybe nature is healing.”
The specific scene, which takes place in the middle of the movie, is J-Law’s character Maddie going skinny dipping with a student who is 19 years old and whom she is attempting to seduce.
The comedy had been following Lawrence and Andrew Barth Feldman as they started a very awkward relationship up until this time.
His parents have given Maddie (Lawrence) the responsibility of dating Percy (Feldman), as they want their son to have some love experience before he leaves for college.
The movie made $87 million at the box office after its initial release, exceeding its $45 million budget.
When marketing the movie earlier this year, Lawrence herself addressed the nude scene.
